Introduction: 
Nowadays, the greatest need of our kids is not the lack of knowledge but the lack of sound moral direction, good character, and meaningful interpersonal relationship. We believe that these three ingredients are essential for making a good person and we, as a church, feel obligated to help our families raising wonderful children who would make our future world better than ever. This is why we prayerfully design this innovative MCR Family Interactive Program!

Objective:
Parents and kids will learn how to instill morality, develop character, and build relationship in our lives through parent-kid interactive activities, such as: games, lessons, projects, discussions, and sharing.

Mission statement:
"We cherish God's love for people and His design to raise valuable persons through family.  We therefore commit to build strong healthy family by helping parents and their children develop sound morality, marvelous character, and excellent relationship."

• "M" is for "Morality" - It is what we live for.
• "C" is for "Character" - It is what we live by.
• "R" is for "Relationship" - It is what we live with.
• I commit myself to develop sound morality, marvelous character and excellent relationship
  in my family.

Class levels & Instructors:
3 levels:

• Level 1 - (Preschool to K)
• Level 2 - (G1 to G3)
• Level 3 - (G4 & Up)
• (babysitting service will be provided for 3 years old and under)

Registration:

• Registration will start on 8/24/08
• Fees:  $45 per person per quarter (same fees for adults and kids - lunch, materials & babysitting included)
• Fees will be collected every quarter

Start date:

• 1st quarter, year 2008-2009, Sept. 7, 2008

Schedule:

• 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Sundays
• From 2:15 to 4:15 p.m.
• In the Silver Hall and the Blue Room

Curriculum:

• Morality - based on the 10 Commandments.
• Character - based on the 9 basic character qualities: Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, and Self-Control.
• Relationship - based on professional suggestions on relationship building.

Characteristics:

• Parents involvement and parent-kid interactive activities
• Emphasize moral, character and relationship development in a family
• Parents learn to coach their children to become a good person

Breaks:

• April
• August
• December

(There will be no program during these three months)
